大阪からの客人が昼前に仙台空港到着。レンタカーであるべろに来社いただき、その場で気仙沼行が決定。その晩は海鮮の旨い居酒屋で海のものを堪能。翌日昼に大政様にお伺い。右端にあるチョット見には赤貝にも見えるのがふかひれです。客人は初めてとのことでしたが、気仙沼出身の私も初めて。口いっぱいに広がるとろっと感が印象的でした。次回はフカヒレ丼を食べてみたい。
A guest from Osaka arrived at Sendai Airport around noon. He drove a rental car to our office and decided a short trip to Kesennuma located 140Km far from here. After the arrival at Kesennuma in the evening, we enjoyed different fresh seafood dishes. For the lunch of the following day, we visited 'Ohmasa', one of the best sushi restaurants in Kesennuma. There is found a fukahire sushi, shark fin on the extreme right. This was the first time to eat fukahire for the guest, and also for me though I was born and brought up here. I would like to try a fukahire bowl next time.
